Your whole fish will come cleaned (scaled & gutted). Unfortunately due to the busy period we will not be offering the options to have your whole fish further processed (portioned/filleted/cutltlet). Please be aware that the stated weight is GROSS WEIGHT of the fish prior to processing, the weight will reduce up to 30%-40% from the gross weight.
