Yee Sang Sashimi Platter (CNY Special)

Yee Sang (Yu Sheng) also known as “Prosperity Toss”, is a Cantonese dish traditionally eaten by families during Chinese New Year, made with raw fish and shredded fresh produce served in a round platter. Families would sit around the table and toss the ingredients together with chopsticks to mix the ingredients together, “tossing to prosperity”, creating the most vibrant and delicious rainbow sashimi salad!

We are so excited to introduce our very own version of Yee Sang to welcome the Year of the Rabbit! 

What's in our Yee Sang Sashimi:

Salmon Sashimi, Japanese Scallop Sashimi, Arctic Surf Clams, Octopus Sashimi.

Sides: Seaweed Salad, Marinated Scallop Salad, Pickled Radish, Fresh Cucumbers, Carrots and Pickled Ginger.

Sauce & Garnish: Plum Sauce, Sesame-Peanut Sauce, Soy-Wasabi Mix, Crunchy Peanuuts & Sesame Seeds.
